✅ Selection Process
For Junior Secretariat Assistant:
Written Exam
Paper-I: Mental Ability Test (100 Qs, 200 Marks, 90 mins) – Qualifying
Paper-II: General Awareness & English (100 Qs, 300 Marks, 60 mins) – Merit Based
Typing Test – 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi) – Qualifying
For Junior Stenographer:
Written Exam – (150 Qs, 150 Marks, 2 hrs, 0.25 negative marking)
Stenography Test – 80 wpm (10 mins dictation; 50 mins English or 65 mins Hindi transcription)
Merit – Based on Written Exam (Stenography Test is qualifying)
