HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment :: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) – Refineries Division has released the HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainees Recruitment 2026–27 notification for 250 Graduate Apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This apprenticeship opportunity is open to fresh Engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech) for one-year training at Mumbai Refinery (Maharashtra) and Visakh Refinery (Andhra Pradesh).

Eligible candidates can apply online from 25 February 2026 to 10 March 2026 through the official HPCL website.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Full-time B.E / B.Tech in relevant discipline from AICTE/UGC-recognized institute.

  • Degree completed on or after 01 April 2023.

  • Minimum Marks:

    • UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: 60%

    • SC/ST/PwBD: 50%

  • CGPA/GPA candidates must submit conversion certificate from the institute.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through:

  1. Merit-based shortlisting on percentage of marks.

  2. Document Verification (DV) in 1:5 ratio.

  3. Final merit list after successful DV.

  4. Engagement after:

    • NATS tri-partite contract

    • Medical fitness certificate

    • Police verification

    • No written test or interview.
