HPSCB Recruitment 2025 :: The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd. (HPSCB), a premier cooperative banking institution in the state, has officially released its Recruitment Notification 2025 for the appointment of System Analyst and Junior System Analyst posts. A total of 15 vacancies are available across five specialized verticals: Server, Application, Database, Firewall, and Network Administration.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025)

• Minimum: 18 years

• Maximum: 45 years

• Candidates must be born between 02/01/1980 and 01/01/2007

• Relaxation for HP Govt. employees as per state norms.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• System Analyst:

  • BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or MCA (Regular 3-year)

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience

  • Certifications required depending on vertical:

    • Server: Windows/Linux, SAN

    • Application: Apache, Linux/Unix

    • Database: SQL/Oracle

    • Firewall: CISM, CISSP, CCNP-Security, CCIE

    • Network: CCNA, CCNP

• Junior System Analyst:

  • Same qualifications as System Analyst

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • Certifications as per vertical mandatory

Selection Process

1. Online Exam (170 marks)

   • Sections:

     • English Language – 20 marks

     • Reasoning – 20 marks

     • Quantitative Aptitude – 20 marks

     • Professional Knowledge – 110 marks

   • Duration: 120 minutes

   • Questions: 115 (Objective Type)

   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer

   • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50%

2. Interview (30 marks)

   • Candidates shortlisted in 1:3 ratio

   • Final merit list based on 200 marks (exam + interview)

   • Tie-breaking: Preference to older candidates

3. Document Verification

   • At the time of interview

   • Misrepresentation or fake documents will lead to cancellation
