Selection Process

AFCAT CBT Exam – objective test covering general awareness, English, reasoning, numerical ability, military aptitude

EKT for technical posts.

AFSB Testing:

Stage 1: OIR + Picture Perception & Discussion.

Stage 2: Psychological tests, group tasks, personal interview. Flying candidates take CPSS.
