HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment :: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has released a recruitment notification for Graduate Engineering Apprentices for the financial year 2025-26. The apprenticeship will be conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and selected candidates will be posted at various HPCL locations across India.

• Post Name: Graduate Apprentice (Engineering)

• Disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on 30 May 2025
  Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC: 3 years

  • PwBD: 10 years

• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.

• Minimum Marks Required:

  • General/OBC/EWS: 60%

  • SC/ST/PwBD: 50%

• Monthly Stipend: ₹25,000

  • HPCL: ₹20,500

  • GOI via DBT: ₹4,500

✅ Additional Eligibility:

• Only Indian nationals can apply.

• Candidates must be approved by BOAT and registered on the NATS 2.0 web portal.

• Candidates who completed their engineering degree on or after 01 April 2022 are eligible.

• Candidates who were previously engaged or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.

• Candidates with more than one year of work experience are not eligible.
