Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:

Graduate degree with at least two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management OR

Master’s in Social Work/ MHROD/ MBA (HR)
from recognized Indian universities/institutes with not less than 65% marks (as per the norms of the respective university/institute).
