AGM (E4): 8 years (3 years in E3 / Level-8 or âš12 LPA CTC)
DGM (E5): 11 years (3 years in E4 / Level-10 or âš15 LPA CTC)
HR & Admin Post (E6 / E7):
Qualification: Graduate + Full-time MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR / Personnel Management
Experience: 14 years including 3 years in a leadership role (3 years in E5 / Level-11 or âš18 LPA CTC)
